First you need a yahoo account to access them which I'm sure you already have so I will skip that step.
Secound I would download the latest media player for your sytem just be sure thats not the problem.
Sometimes when things are installing on your computer right below the address bar you will see a highlighted field under that which you click on to give the webpage permission to install active x in order to complete there install, this kinda sounds like your problem, so go back to that page and look for that and accept that field under the address bar on top.

Are you guys using Mozilla Firefox? Yahoo does not work with firefox to well when it comes to video streaming and stuff. I.E works better, but you need the plugins. Just goto the address where the video is, and there should be a prompt to install the necessary plug ins.

maybe your its because of your popup blocker you must dis able it through .... pressing CTRL key before clikcing yahoo videos..
try it again now.. hope it helps..
