The Birthday Paradox is an interesting one; if you get thirty people in a room, there is roughly a 50% chance two people will share a birthday.

Time travel is a fantastic paradox. And of course, proof that it cannot happen and that time doesn't exist as a linear continuum.
Consider the idea that you go back in time to a point before your birth and shoot your own mother. You cease to exist because you'll never have been born, but if you were never born, you could never have gone back in time to kill your mother.
I've always enjoyed that one.
