I'm 5 foot 3 and wear knee length skirts. The best way to wear them is have them on or just above your knee, and A line in style. Then wear heels, its best to wear stilettos they lengthen your legs so give the illusion of not being so tiny.
But sometimes i wear kitten heels with them and relish being a little woman, it makes you look sweet and innocent according to the lads i know.

Yes petite girls can look good in knee length skirts! As long as you wear some heels and only if the skirt is on or above the knee and not under. Get a slight a-line skirt with maybe some vertical stripes. Do not get a large patterned one.

You must must must wear sky high jimmy choo's. Sorry but thats the only way it'll make u look hot. Never ever ever wear flats or ballett pumps with knee length skirts u will look like a little troll. And honey we can't have that.

you probably look better in short skirts or calf-length skirts. a pencil skirt with heels. trousers/jeans will make you look taller, depending on your shape as to which style of trousers/jeans.

I am a shortee! I wear knee lenght skirts, but with wedges or heels, they lengthen your legs

YES of course they can wear them i am 5ft 4inches and i wear one my friend how is 6ft tells me that i can't were certain things as they make me look too short but as long as you feel comfortable give it ago!!!
P.S I think they look better on petite people!!!
