The person who saying the steps sounds like a guy from some instructional record from the 50's, and is not the cha cha slide.

time warp ok might me think a bit older then the 90s but you nether know ;-) , yep just looked it up 1975 way to old to be what you are looking for.

Its originally from a stage play called - The rocky horror picture show. Adapted to a movie starring Tim Curry and Meatloaf

It has a massive cult following with everybody dressing in their favourite characters when the movie is shown in local theatres. They all know the words and sing along through the movie. Its a great experience if you get the chance and like that sort of thing
