Simple.

Spiddy would be smart enough to remove himself from the scene while hulk and Kahn do battle. Ya see, both of them are generally aggressive and barbaric, which would pretty much guarantee that they would go at each other, left alone.

Hulk would make quick business of Khan, as simple logic would dictate. Mere man vs some nuclear genetic altered freak.

Spiddy then waits for hulk to revert back to human form, and spins a web around him.

Game, match, victory.

Intelligence is an often over looked warring attribute.

The key question is whether Genghis Khan is surrounded and protected by his hordes or is a three-way thing.

If Genghis Khan has his hordes, and they were great archers shooting from afar, then Hulk and Spiderman would certainly become porcupines before they reach Genghis. So he'd win and the two of them would be dead.

If Genghis Khan was alone, then he'd be the last. In a battle between Hulk and Spiderman, it would be interesting to see agility against brute force.

This has been done:

and the outcome was a draw.
However I think that since Hulk can eventually transform back to Dr Banner, I think Spiderman could edge it.

Genghis Khan? Where the hell did he come from? He's not usually commonly thought of in superhero circles :)

Anyway, I'll go for him, just because it's nice to support the underdog.

And joteropr, you make a valid point - Spiderman and the Hulk aren't real. However you need to remember that Genghis Khan is dead, so the realistically he's not going to be on tip top fighting form either.

Genghis Khan the other two are fictional characters. If you are gonna do a fantasy character battle: do a four way bout between: Hulk, Juggernaut, Ben Grimm (the Thing), and Atom Smasher (JSA). Now that would be a clash of Titans. Besides it doesn't make sense to put a real life historical character in a fight against fantasy characters. The real life character doesn't have any powers.

It can't be Genghis Khan, because I've heard he is dead.
So between Spiderman and the Incredible Hulk, I think it would be the Hulk, cos he is kind of mean when he's green, and not full of altruistic tendencies like Spiderman.

Well, I think that the population of an entire continent could definitely subdue Spider-man, and they could probably take out the Hulk, too. Strength in numbers.

So since Ghengis Khan conquered an entire continent, which we've already established is stronger than Spider-man and the Hulk, that would mean that Khan could slaughter Spidey and the Hulk quite easily.
