Would she ask her husband or boyfriend to let another guy make love to her and kiss her, eat her kitty and do a head job on the guy on his present, if the boyfriend accepts the proposal? If the boyfriend cannot perform good sex is that enought escuse for a girlfriend to make that proposal to her boyfriend or husband?

No. first she it will be a big disgrace on her part and second if you truly love him you have to do something not to insult him. And if in case he will agree, then he is insane. Both of them needs help.
