Just seeing all these "ancient" cartoon questions brought this to mind.

The reason why Mighty Mouse is so mighty is because he never gives up and that is why he always comes out on top as the winner.
But he would never really damage the other two so badly that they could not appear in several sequels,so technically no dogs or chickens would be killed or seriously injured during the making of the show.

Mighty Mouse would win. Underdog usually ran out of energy in the middle of a fight, and had to take one of his "Underdog Vitamin Pills"; Super Chicken was just too bumbling.
To the previous poster who didn't know Super Chicken: He was created by Jay Ward (same guy that did Rocky and Bullwinkle); he and "Tom Slick" were the supporting features on the "George of the Jungle" cartoon show.
Super Chicken (known to very few people as Henry Cabot Henhouse III) and his assistant Fred (known to very few people period) flew thru the skies in his Super Coope, righting wrongs and fighting eeeeeevil!

Mighty Mouse.He sings and then kicks rumps. The Chicken clowns too much and Underdog is too busy talking at every emergency. Peace.
