There isn't much or any at all proof that there is. In fact there is probably much more evidence supporting that life after death doesn't exist. However, even though there isn't any real evidence supporting life after death doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. The more scientists learn about our universe, the more they know that they don't know much. Even though it seems to many that we know so much, the truth is that we still don't understand our universe that well. Scientists may very well come to prove one day that life does exist after death. Only until we understand EVERYTHING, can we be certain what the real answer is. If it comforts someone to believe in life after death, then I say believe in it. It's certainly possible given that we cannot prove that it's impossible!

Can only hazard a guess at what you are asking,
Is there LIFE after death - is that the question?
Scientifically there is no evidence as far as I know.
Faith wise it is the core of Christian (and other faiths) belief.
I personally believe in life after death, try to lead a life worthy of attaining life eternal, but am equally concerned with and concentrating on living the one life I have presently. How about you?

Apart from the various religions and Daven's theory the modern science have also proved that the mater could not be destroyed but changes its shape. Like botanical creations the man was formed from the earth in other shape and now have reached to the present shape after billions of years and after death it will again grow or come out of earth after billions of years.

After death you have two places to go:-
1) Hell...has strong fire and a place of disgust and discomfort
2) Heaven...has many beautiful gardens and a place of pleasure and peace.
You have to live in one of the above but you don't have the right to choose. It would be decided by Almighty God.
