I am an outsider, just want to know. Is it true that America has free sex system?

yes it is true! the others are all liars. there are no prostitutes in America = it is a "free sex system". the way it works is, you go up to a girl (or a guy or a sheep, whatever you want) and you just tell them "I want to have sex with you right now" and thats it!
that is why all Americans are very very happy all the time and we live in the most wonderful giving country on earth.

Well, you need the consent of both people, of course, and as long as they're both adults. But generally, sure, you can have sex with anyone that agrees to it here. Or not, it's your choice.
The phrasing of the question makes it sound kind of like it's a bad thing, but it's really just about your own freedom of choice. You don't have to let anyone else tell you who you're supposed to give yourself to sexually. It's completely your own decision. This is especially important for women and for homosexuals. I don't know where you're from, of course, but it's like that in most of the western world. The US has a bit less sexual freedom than many European countries, actually.
A clarification for something that Playtoe said: Sodomy cannot constitutionally be prohibited in any state for anyone. See the Lawrence v. Texas (2003) Supreme Court decision.

It's only legal for adults to have sex with other adults that are willing for the most part. Some states allow people as young as 16 to have sex without someone going to jail. As for married people, most try to be faithful to their husband/wife but some do cheat. Prostitution is legal in Nevada alone.

America is much more conservative country then Europe ..... it is only an illusion when people think that USA is a very liberal .. no, it is not true ... some American state (such as Kansas, Utah, etc.) are VERY conservative.
Many people in USA believe that their country is too liberal and you can do everything you want, but they should go to Europe to see what liberalism is all about.

there are a few restrictions
1) you need to both be "of age" or it is statutory rape.
2) you need to have both parties consent
3) family members are legally prevented from incest.
4) some states make sodomy illegal for all, some make it illegal only for gay men and some have no problem with sodomy.

it's not legal to have sex with just anyone. you can't legally have sex with children, you can't legally have sex with someone who does not want to have sex with you (that's called rape), in some states there are laws against homosexual sex, you can't legally have sex with animals, the list goes on. whoever told you that didn't tell you the truth.

No, but you would think they do. You first commit adultery and
fornication if you are not married. Lots of people are having sex
with multiple partners and I say don't get caught up.

for men coming from other countries I think that they can get laid pretty easy because american girls are easy.
americans are all whores.
But for an american man it might be harder to lay a girl from another country because of culture differences.

no you cant have sex with children and in some states it is against the law to be homosexual and in some states sodomy is against the law there is one or two states where its illegal to preform oral sex only one state allows prostitution
