Get your girlfriend to strap one on and do you. You'll find that, after the pain of being stretched has subsided, the motion against your prostate (not accessible externally) will drive you wild.

No sicker than any other form of sexuality. From a puritanic point of view, all of sex is messy and unsanitary. But the fact that you can't open your mind to accept that someone's sexuality that is different from your own is pretty sick.
