Excedrin if I have to be up and working. Tylenol PM if I can go to bed. That stuff works and you get a good nights sleep with no drug hangover feeling in the morning.

I like Advil. It kind of tastes like M and M's so you get a second chance if it doesn't go down the first time.

i usually don't use any of them...i can meditate and pretty much get rid of my pain..but i have taken Tylenol before
