There are only three things you can do with a problem. Ignore it, run from it or face it. So either keep working like nothing is happening. Go find another job. Or snatch your boos by the front of shirt when your in his officee, look him rite in the eye and let him now that you will kick his *** up one side of the offic and back down the other if he dares to screw with your money ever again.

You need to report the employer to the Labor Board. I'm sure if you are in the US your state has one, the BBB will do NOTHING for you, that is a business association.

They obviously are having problems making payroll and soon they'll be out of business anyway.

sell whatever you get from office, if selling amount is more than your salary, you can give the change back to your boss if you are generous or keep that as a bonus ;)

Worry!... Last time this happened to me, the business failed. Start looking for another job.... that's what I would do.
