As I am part of the world outside the U.S.A. (yes, it does exist!) I´d like to know why do you always act as if we were your unprotected kids.

It is amazing ... people in America think that USA is only one source of peace. United Nation, Europeans countries etc. NOT ONLY America !!! Almost nobody wants help from USA because USA does not bring even a 5% of peace. USA is only one of the countries in the World, but American Administration believe that there are only USA and rest of the World. America brought Democracy to Iraq, only ask people in Iraq - do they like new democracy or they would prefer to live with monster-dictator who were better then Americans.
It is a time to open our eyes.

Hello out there, wherever you are. Good to hear from someone outside the country.
I think I can help you with your question. America has nearly perfected the system of capitalism. It is a system that is very efficient at exploiting most anything, leaving some if not most of its population with more money than they really earned. Many even act like brats. In case you don't know what a brat is, it's someone who thinks the world owes them.
Unfortunately, money and power is very addictive and once you are hooked on the stuff you can not get enough. So, large companies move to other parts of the world to set up shop. Once there, Well you know the rest. They want to protect "their" interests. And what better way to do that than to take control of the government and unleash the "dogs".
I'm sorry about the mess that is being done around the world, but those of us here who act more responsibly, seem to be overpowered. Our media is controlled and has turned many into mindless robots. Many of those who can see past the propaganda, are running scared.
If you want to know more about what's going on. Take a look at about 8 - 10 minutes of this interview with Professor Steven Jones. It's a 45 minute video and well worth looking at, to its end. Pass it on to anyone who wants to know.

Can we keep the multiple billions and billions of dollars of aid that we spend on everybody and anything around the globe at home too?
Can we stay home when there is some natural disaster crushes your homeland, or your tin horn dictator neighbor invades?
Can we stop letting the UN leverage us into doing all the "heavy lifting" around the globe?
People hate us when we react to International affairs, and
hate us when we don't. Most people just hate us, but it is tough to understand them when they say it, as they're talking with their mouths full of American aid.
America is the most generous country the world has ever seen, (both with her money and the lives of her sons) and will see for that matter. When our time wanes, and we get replaced by the Chinese on the International stage, people will truly wish for the days when we were on top.
Americans have lots of flaws, and are generally politically naive compared to Europeans.
We get treated like toilet paper....everyone takes us for granted until they need us.

I have a question to the one who asked you if you meant "in pieces": Are you referring to Rwanda, where genocide was going on, but Mrs. Albright wasn't interested in resolving the situation, because she was busy planing a Genocide against the Serbs who saved her & her Jewish family from the Nazis?

Because our government officials are a bunch of self centered ego maniacs, that don't know how to mind there own bussiness. Believe me this is one American that wishes that his country would mind its own business and let the world mind its own affairs!

right now a lot of us would like to mind our business and let you mind your business untill we are asked. Our government thinks they do not need to listen. like they forgot when up for reelection they can be fired so to speak. Ithink it was one thing to want to get the people who caused attacks on us years ago but it seems we are not even doing that. i live in a screwed up country and sometimes wish to move

the USA wants to protect it's "interests" pretty much make sure the USA always stays two steps infront of everyone using "Safety" as an excuse.....bullshit if you ask me
