There is no law providing that smoking in front of a child is illegal.
Lawmakers must address this issue and make an appropriate law.

Probably the same reason why drinking alcohol in front of a child isn't against the law.
If you choose to not smoke, then good for you..but let adults make their own decisions.
Today the attack is on smokers rights,I bet tomorrow it will be an attack on a right that affects you.
Slippery slope eh :)

It is illegal to smoke in or directly infront of a public building.
At home, that is a different story.
The point is that were can't invade a person's home to enforce such a law so it wouldn't be much of a law, would it.

If you think it should be, then maybe you should join the moral police in chicago, they have a place for you there.
Also should it be wrong to go braless infront of a child or ban soaps from their veiwing.
Ban smokes then ban the bull sh--- on tv too.

Cause we're Americans and we have "rights" If you try to take our rights away then that makes you a terrorist. Their words not mine.

Too many lawmakers are addicted to cigarettes... and cash from cigarette companies.
