I guess I would say British. Being Canadian, that would seem most likely though, (especially with the comfort with the language!)
I love France and know some pretty decent French folks. I also know some rude British people. I think it would be very difficult to judge an entire nation based on its geographical location or the few people you have met from the area.
I would like to think I will give ANYONE from ANYWHERE a chance, and base any decision on that person alone.

Its just because I can't speak french, I don't understand their english. WHile with a british (guy).....they speak english nicely.
