No, I can't lie! My sister, on the other hand, is a pathological liar. I guess she lies for teh both of us because I can't! I'm just simply not believable.

Yes, All humans lie, they all have beliefs that are complete BS. They have beleifs about themselves, their lives, their world which are untrue and they KNOW deep down are untrue, so they lie to themselves to make themsleves feel better about failure. to feel like they could not achieve their goals or dreams because of X or Y or Z...
It's BS and they know it.

everyone lies to a certain extent. little white lies are called "being diplomatic or pc". and i am not above little white lies if it helps peace in the home but big lies are a no no
