Well i think if was me, unable to take care of myself, or be alert to stimulus, or being a vegetable, NO THANKS! what is the use? If my body cant function on it's own, pull the plug! if my body was funtioning, and i was in a coma, (no assistance from machines) I would still say, send me on my way, I will catch up to everyone later, I believe in reincarnation, so I dont really worry about death.

I learned a lot about life from the teachings presented in the movie "karate kid parts 1 and 2". What I learned about mercy from karate kid is that "mercy is for the weak, here on the streets we do not train to be merciful, an enemy deserves no mercy".

In the case of of women with breast implants SO HUGE that they can barely stand up, the answer is clear -- do it now and save them the pain. Simply make sure to do it in a pool so the kiddies can enjoy all that clean and sterile salt water to swim in! Now we ARE talking just about the breasts, and assume the women with them would live through this mercy-breast-killing...

Good family fun for all! And a mommy you can hug again!

...and so spins the carousel of life...

I think any sort of killing is great. Anything that gets rid of people, any type of people even me, is a good thing. I wonder about people who think differently, why is the general public afraid of death? They are so afraid that they dictate to other people how they can die. You can starve to death slowly over two weeks, but you can't get a quick shot that would stop your heart. But only you can only starve, if you don't make the decision but your family does. If you make the decision you are given a feeding tube and drugs to make you think straight. All the world is mad.

Mercy killing is one of the way to get rid of hardships and unbearable pains by one who is sufferering. But, as per vedas, one has to undergo punishment for the acts of his sins committed in this life so that he will be in the path of evolution for attaining Moksha i.e., One becoming Supreme Self.

I think it is worse case scenerio for me to believe in it. But then again I really cannot put myself into that situation, I would have to be suffering beyond belief for me to say that I would be involved. If it was someone I loved, that would be difficult to process. I am stuck in this question.

I think it has two sides to it. The person who is killed I imagine dies at the time he/she wants but the person who offers it is in my view a murderer
