i think its through telstra and i dont have the handset type, only the number.

Depending on which carrier belongs to, they can have an "on wire" phone book, calling a 3 digits number that is not free (some $.60/min)

the service provider might help. but if it's a pre=pay numer, no one will be able to tell you.
