its small about the size of my thumb and has small black eyes. the skin on it was orange when i saw it
and its in my house lol. other sed thay are fine thay eat bugs but what type is it?

It could be many types of lizards. However if you tell us where you live, I could give you a better idea of the type of lizard it might be. If the skin was orange it is not an anole. And by where you live i mean what city or at the very least what state. Lizards are very regional. Geckos are a common name people know. When i went to visit my sister in North Carolina she told me they had geckos. Well thier "geckos" as everyone in the neighborhood called them turned out to be Skinks.

anoles only turn brown and green, i used to have a couple of them. i never knew one that turned orange though. so not sure. if u can send me a picture of it, i could tell u.
