I know its probably the last answer anyone wants to here in this world these days, but have you ever looked into a Christian Church like where the people are actually involved in each other's lives and care about each other? I must tell you not every church is like this, but there are some that are. I think this would be a good place for you or at least a good place to start. Before you go venturing, just remember that even Christians aren't perfect, but if you reach out, someone will reach back.

get out of your house...go made friends with some happy nice people. just see the good in things :) know that life's not always going to be perfect, and your not always going to be happy, but do everything you can to be and feel the best you can. just becasue your mom is going blind doesn't mean that you cna't have a good relationship with her. this is more difficult for her than you. just tell your sister that you love her. tell your whole family you love them. sometimes it's hard to say cause you feel like and idiot haha but a lot of the time it's the key to fixing whatevers wrong. don't eat away your feelings, go do something that takes your mind off of everything...go running to clear your head. do you like any sports or play and instrument? do that. i play the piano and whenever i'm having a bad day, i just go sit. just me and the piano and nothing else matters. it really does help haha i think you just need someone to talk to. do try and make more friends. there's good people out there who will love and listen to you. don't give up :) smile

You are self absorbed. Take care of your Mother. Help her with her upcoming blindness. Help out around the house. Help out your parents. Your parents are in a state of going insane because of what is happening to your Mom. Help with the stress factor. After life calms down a bit, and you start acting a little more mature, maybe your Dad will see you as a upcoming adult and have something to say to you. At this point, he doesn't need another burden.

Attention usually comes from the family, but then why don't you 'expand' your fmily to include your neighbours, your schoolmates and so on..? Try to take part in contests. Winning makes ou feel good. Find a pastime that you can do alone - how about singing? Try writing mail to people in other parts of the world. Fill your world with 'people'. Everything is gonna be alright!

Try making some new friends around your area. Go outside and enjoy nature, write, read books, have fun being young. Don't worry about your dad, make your own way. Plus your mom still needs you and wants to be there for you, tell her how your feeling and what you are going through, she might have some suggestions.

i really feel for you what a horrible situation to be in.u say your mum is going blind, but surely ure mum can still listen to you and help you out with your problems?? u and your sister should be pulling together at a time like this not rowing so try to build bridges with her.it sounds harsh and ive been there but u are never going to get yourself a life sitting in your room, maybe you could make some friends in school or college??? if not u could join some clubs and get yourself out there,or even a gym kill 2 birds with one stone, get yourself fit and make some friends.life can get better if u want it to,but its true what they say, life doesnt come to you, youve got to make a life for yourself.good luck!! x

I am sorry you're going through such a rough patch but i suggest you to go seek a counsellor's advice. You sound like you're in your teens, may i suggest you speak to your school counsellor or a techer whom you can consult?

Is your mum seeing a dr for her sight?

You need to talk to someone. I also suggest you seek spiritual guidance and help? If i were you, I always turn to Jesus and the bible (Word of God).

i am sorry this is happening to you, but don't let other people who treat you bad make you feel so down. i know this sounds unhelpful right now but they are wrong and selfish to treat you that way so it is their problem, too. could you make the choice of starting to love yourself now as you are and with all the crap around you? maybe it is not what you want to hear. it works for me and though i don't have your problems i have different ones that i believe are just as painful...is there a church you can go to and join to make new friends...good luck...feel free to email me and chat
