Everytime I talk to this girl I totally blush. It maks it very hard to have a conversation with her because I'm trying not to make eye contact because that makes me blush an even deeper shade of red.Anyone have any tips on how to keep yourself from blushing.

And what do people think when they see you blush every time they pay attention to you... do people even notice...

Yes, people notice sometimes, so what. Your sensation is much much bigger deal to you than it is to them. Do you notice other people blush?

Some people tend to blush more than others. It is possible to reduce, may be impossible to eliminate completely.

It happens like this: you feel yourself blush, then you think OMG I'm blushing, this cause you to blush even more. And so on, till you competely red.

Try to tell yourself: it totally OK to blush. I blush, so what. And just ignore it. It will go away much faster.

People don't really know why you blush. They assume you're just a blushing type, that's all.

i agree with some of the stuff snowflake is saying...try not to draw attention to your blushing......i found I was very self conscious of this too, talking to people in general...the way I overcame it was with my self talk .next time your chatting with someone and you start to blush, try to pay attention to what your thinking...its amazing what an impact it can have. Now I still blush but its not the rosy RED cheeks ..I've learned to tell myself .'I have a healthy glow' and this draws my attention away from myself and I'm more focused on what the other person is saying..instead of worrying if my face is red...I've had comments on just how vital my skin looks..my whole face seems to have a warm glow to it...g/l 2 u

you know its not really an unattractive trait, i dont think you can control it unless you practice talking to girls till you become more comfortable with it.
