Yep it's true.
As much as I love Heath Ledger, I'm skeptical about his ability to play a comic-book type bad guy. He is a great actor though, so I guess he'll work it out.

Im not sure if he will be any goog. I think hes too young for the role and he doesnt have the 'joker smile'
