Mine isn't either. I changed it on my 360 Blog a couple of days ago, and it never changed. It turned into a ghost. Must be a glitch.

There could be a lot of reasons:
1. You didn't even upload or choose one
2. The Yahoo server is taking a long time to change it
3. You haven't reloaded your page (press F5)
4. You have trouble understanding internets.

try to use it in yahoo messenger first. it might work after...
