In your standards, what's the country with the worst culture?

I think American culture is not authentic enough to be considered a culture. Therefore my vote goes to American culture.

Other than the majority of the middle east, definitely France. Having lived there for a considerable amount of time, the French are really quite terrible.

In my standard the country with the worst culture,that is a country which :
1) many of its people are arrogant and not honestly and like to cheat others
2) many of its inhabitants are rudely and cruelly in their acts and
their speakings
3)many people have no norms or ethics of good attitude such there many people free or let them uncaught of drug abusing , drinking,gambling,murdering,adultery gaying,homosexuality and stealing
4)many people agreed or support its government to attacks other country without strong and acceptable reason
5)many people have no objection to humiliate and invade other nation
6)many civil persons are free to have gun and no a strict control
7)no government law and regulation to protect undermining or to egualize the rights of women

Hard to compare any act to genital mutilation, so: the winner is... Egypt! To the government's credit, they are trying to stop it, but 97% still have it done to them.

Somalia is also extremely bad, and the goverment also doesn't care. They do less of cutting the entire clitoris off though.

Most of the time I'd vote for some of the African countries for their sheer brutality, but today I'm going to say it's Israel because of the wider impact of its actions.

i would have to say countries with strong fundamentalist dictating all over the place, where alot is forbidden and the death penalty seems to be the answer to everything, i wont name a specific country but you can kinda figure it out.
