I don't just want to copy them from a personality test website. I want formated questions and answers that I can copy and use on my website. I would like a resource that offers different types of Q and A's so I can then copy them on to my site.

First, what software are you going to use to deliver and score the questions? This will determine what format the questions and answers are in.
Personality test questions are relatively easy to find but one has to be rather careful about copyright, since any given set of questions will have been very carefully designed to extract answers from people in a particular way to achieve a balanced score and a great deal of testing goes into a question set before it can be adjudged to give a valid and comparable score. All this work costs money and people who design tests need to recoup that, so will generally copyright their design.

You can do personality tests on bored.com but to get answers you will have to answer them yourself.
