No. The internet is actually a great way to ask questions. Most websites such as yahoo! don't give too much info about the people who ask anyway. And I think it's great because people around the world can suggest things, whether good or bad, it depends on the person following it.

First off, does it mater? Some people who are invalids, or people who just don't have access to a lot of knowlege or wisdom will ask quesiton. Granted, they have to wade thru a bunch of bullgarbage but they will figure out the truth. If they're looking for trouble how would they find it? This isn't a bar for a barfight, they can't get an STD from YOUR girlfriend,,,,? So how is this a bad thing?

I believe that on some subconscious level, people communicating on the internet do not believe they are talking to real live people. That is why I think, people are more prone to act silly, stupid, cruel, and otherwise objectionable. No one is literally staring at them. Without meeting stares, some feel that danger is an illusion - they don't take it seriously.

some people regard posting on the internet the same as talking to someone. So they simply don't realize that there are (sometimes) litterally millions of people looking on, and therefore post personal information.
