in this compititive market you have to survayed the prices in your area and compare to what u selling. always sell little cheaper until you put your feet in the market and also keep advertising the vehicle that you have cheapest one.
start a scheme that if you (customer) bring the friend and transaction is done you'll get $$$. good luck.

you can have your own website for selling the vehicles. In my country, some of the vehicles company will give one year car insurance to the buyer. it might be a good idea that you can copy. Some of the car dealer will give one year free Road Tax to the buyer...
