Well you have all your acting stuff put to together. You've got to have headshots, experience in related projects, and an agent doesn't hurt.

If you want to work for Disney Channel, check out their websites for audition information. Honestly, they probably won't have much. You'll want to get your head shots into the hands of casting directors that work on shows for the Disney Channel, you can look for these in the credits of the shows. Even then, you're going to have much better luck if you have an agent that is connected with Disney in some way.

Best advice for anyone is to work on becoming an actor first -learn to talk and move in a way that the camera will find pleasing. Don't be too specific about where you want to end up because life doesn't work that way. You may end up working with PBS or some other children's network... If you want to do Children's programming go for it, but don't pigeon hole yourself

Your Talent Agent has to submit your headshot and resume to the Disney Casting Director, to try and get an audition for you.
