is it really possible to alter the physical world by using only spells or chants or by any thing of that nature and if so how about an example

Yes it is real, however it is not what most people think.

See the truth is you can do anything and I mean anything with the faith the size of a mustard seed. The reason you can is because our spirit, kai, energy, aura, ect. ect. is extremely powerfull.

The problem is most of us have lost sight of what our spirit can do. Others have found ways to build up their faith using spells, chants, ect.

I have done a lot of real magic (if you want to call it that).

Magic does exist and it is all around us. Some people like to view magic as supernatural when in fact it is just another part of nature. There are two different ways to look at magic.

First there is the view that all things are magical just for the fact that they exist, plant a seed and watch it grow, a childs laughter, a summer shower that cools you off, etc. Just smile to someone and them smiling back can be magical for you may have just made their day a little better.

The second view is that magic is what we term for natural events that science hasn't explained yet. Until the 1800s science couldn't explain how magnets work, we now know and except them as a part of science but before that magnets were considered magical. There are many things that science cannot explain as of yet so does that make them magical? yes I guess it does, but it is still a natural event.

Many people say they want proof. I say look at a very ill individual who family member surround with love and well wishes and they "magically" get better. Sure some would label it God's Will, or that the family's prayers were answered but when you come right down to it, it was their belief and well wishes that started it all.

Magic exists just not how you want it or the get magic in a box. Its the kind that's existed for years an most have forgotten about it. But its there just waiting to be tapped in to.

Although I am uncertain to the validity of spells, i do believe magic exisits.

I expect science will "discover" this phenonmen in the next few centuries and it will be then an establish fact - after all if you did the lemon electric experiment (something kids do in primary school now) two or more centuries ago (especially in the 17th century) people would have thought it was magic.

To answer this question of yours, coming from an atheist... No, it's not real. It is not only just a coincidence, but the category you put it in is just that. A myth. Why all magic is a myth is because of the fact that magic is heard all around the world through the media. And as in "media", I don't mean the news, but in movies, TV shows, books, video games and other unique sources where we can just imagine what a fantasy world would be like in real life. In reality, that doesn't happen. We don't have any magical powers, nor are we super heroes. We are just simply people. People who are living our lives and trying to make a better place for mankind. There is no magic. Only luck really exists.

when a wiccan or earth witch casts a spell, all she/he is doing is asking the universe for help in a matter. "yes" it is magic in a sense. you see, the universe just like you or I, has a logical thinking mind. It can choose to help if it feels that it would be in our best interest. But it is also a teacher of sorts, so be careful what you ask for as the old saying goes. The universe is not here to trick us. I like to think of it as a kindred spirit of all of those who have gone on before. so, yes, magic is "real." I have seen and felt it. I have cast spells (for the good). Just remember, what you think might be important to you right now, might not really serve you well if you ever received such a "gift."

Magic is in the eye and mind of the beholder. The fantastical magic we see at the movies has not been proven nor will ever be proven. That type of magic does not exist in this reality and never will.
