I started wearing make-up a lil while aggo and I wanted to know does a colored eye liner or a colored eye shadow look better.

MAC is THE BEST makeup line i've ever used ... costs more than regular makeup, but lasts 3 times as long because you use less. they are professional quality cosmetics.

It's easier to pull off a colored shadow than a colored liner. You can always use a neutral (black, brown, etc) liner with a colored shadow.

Eye shadow. It's actually the base of make-up for you eyes. Try adding beautiful eye shadow and mascara and i'm sure you'll look beautiful.

Coloured eyeshadow is more noticable ,so go for that
