Waking up and seeing by two beautiful happy healthy boys aged 3yrs and 5yrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello. Hope you got happiness today!
As for me, I never know when it is going to appear. I did get a "Best Answer" here, but that is just a little something. I comforted my crying Autistic 14 year old son, but that wasn't a huge deal. My boss gave me a raise yesterday, but he just wants more from me then. Um, I made the monster dream go away for my baby daughter, but that is this dad's job. I patted my best friend on the back and bought him a beer, when he wondered where his next paycheck was coming from.. Geez, I dunno man. I suppose i will NEVER get any happiness today. Good thing I didn't try to make it happen i suppose, because something is always trying to screw it up on me when I do!
Anyway, i hope you had better luck today and tommorow as well!

Happiness is a state of mind. I don't let the little things bother me. Plus I take time to appreciate what I have, instead of being depressed about what I don't have.

I centered on the things I have around me: a roof over my head, a wife and son who love me, a beautiful walk with the wife through town, listening to the birdsong, and feeling the sun blazing down on us.

Woke up to someone (age 4 ) tapping me and saying "Mummy I love you"
Plus my husband rang me and told me he is not going back to Basra, Iraq for another 4 weeks - bliss

She's one of my ex's, but we seperated with lots of things unsaid......and today they were all said....and we are friends again....... that honestly made me happy....
