Also I hear Microsofts free security utilities are up with the best now

one is call housecall it free and panda or use google and type free scans and choose one u want if u got a virus there is a remover tools if u know what virus u got write it down good luck
also u need a firewall to help u from virus zonealarm is free or use google and type free firewalls same with spyware and antivirus..

AVG free. Make sure you get it from Grisoft. Also, try spybot search and destroy free version, and Lavasoft's "Ad-Aware" free version. All very good programs
