Since you are not secured in your present job you better use the money you have now for the MBA programe because anything can happen to you in your present unsecured job. Think of it , if you are lay -off today will it be very easy for you to get another job? That is the reason that it is better that you do the MBA programe now so as to improve on yourself and add value to yourself. I am telling you if you can improve on yourself by doing the programe, you will get a better job by this you will have money to complete your uncompleted building and this will be done with ease ( without stress). In short,it is better you secure the future now by doing the MBA programe.

do you know much about investing and securing for your financial future through other ways that job income? i would suggest some reading on the subject of how to build wealth before i made a decision. check out robert kiyosaki's "rich dad, poor dad" books). they inspire and motivate to think outside our conditioned box, and lead you to other books as well. i am not sure what your answer should be, but i am a big saver and which is why i am looking for possibilities to utilize my nest egg through reading. and at 35, i a finding myself putting off what i want today, postponing joy today, keeping those few pennies (dollars), and now wondering why i am still waiting. so waiting on the house may be really a waist of time. i am inclined to say - get on with building the house - be satisfied with your surroundings now! read more about wealth or security building. that MBA might not be "necessary".

Education first and then fancy home later. The other way does not work in the long run.
