i look at it this way.
i am looking at the whole picture!
it is stupid for the government to come
in and bail people out when they know they live in a hurricane
or a flood zone and do it time after time.
it is so stupid that people think the government has to make things right at the expense of the taxpayers in the rest of the country.
you want to live in a known flood plain or a designated
hurricane prone area , and disaster happens,
you should make it a fact of life that it is your fault for living there.
whineing after disaster hits should fall on deaf ears more so than
it does!
don't have a problem with new orleans being rebuilt
but it should only be on the higher ground level areas.

Better that than another gambling,drug infested, alcoholic haven of every sin known to man in one spot.
How idiotic of Nagin(who's really an idiot) and those that voted for him to rebuild with the same motif rather than have something unique and high class (for all races) that blah,blah.blah its 3 am i'm going to bed.
