I'm doing an experiment, and I would like to check whether my results are accurate.

Visibly, whether you skin the potato or not, there's not much visible change there when you boil it. But use a toothpick and yuo can measure the softness for each time frame. At 10 minutes, it might be hard to insert the toothpick into the potato. At 15 minutes, it might be easier. But at 20, the potato might break when you insert the toothpick into it meaning its cooked thru and thru.... good luck.

The age of the potato can be determined by the way it reacts to different temperatures. The soil it was raised in. What kind of weather conditions it grows in, and what kind of French Fries it makes, etc.

at 10 not much at 15 it would go browner and at bout 20 it would be crisp and brownish

if u do like that u may find some changes ,but if u keep on doing it for 30min the coocker will explode.
