I think everyone should get 8 hrs. People just don't sleep enough with work/kids/hobbies and sleep is very important both physically and mentally. Your body needs rest to make repairs and take care of business. If it's always tired...fighting off even otherwise small things becomes more difficult and leaves you more suceptible to infection as well as mentally drained. Sleep is our friend....naps are always recomended!!!

Ideally you need enough sleep to feel refreshed but not enough to be sleepy- 8 hours is considered to be the norm

6 hours should be enought unless you are under 20 I would recomend at least 8 hours the younger you are the more you need to sleep : )

rephrase, please... if you're asking how long is long enough for good sleep, 6-8 hours a night, up to 10-12 per night if you're a teen.
