Does the cell phone just keep ringing? yes, something very wrong. What type of "smokes"? illegal, she might be doing something in an alley that is very wrong. Does she do this often? If so the police won't search hard for her. Call 911 and get help from friends and family to search the area for her while having somebody at the house to wait for any calls. Then call the police and say you have a missing person.

Okay, I assume this is a joke, but you might be some crazy person and actually scared... call the police. I don't think they can start searching for a missing person when they've been gone less than 24 hours, but you can make a report. Meanwhile, get your own dinner. Can you open a can?

If you are really retarded or disabled call and ask one of the neighbors to help you cook something. If you are too disabled to get to a neighbor call 911. I assume you are able to use the phone because you mentioned your mom not answering her cell phone. Another use for the telephone is to call for pizza delivery. When your mom gets back tell her to quit smoking and to teach you to cook.
