food would be pasta, I am Italian and if I go more than 10 days without it I start to jones...drink it is coffee, I drink both regular and decaf so its not the caffiene, it is the coffee..I am 35 and have been drinking it since I was about 11 everyday

I found many answers to your qustion pointing branded soft drinks. you people know the recent research on these drinks in india. atleast 140 times above what tobe present the pesticide like chemical in these drinks. this will easily create cancer like diseases.(A HOT TALK NOW IN INDIAN TV CHANNELS).I dont know where are you from but very much thank you for your qustion , atleast those from INDIA could aware of this and switch over to natural beverages like tender coconut water, fresh fruit juices, buttermilk etc.A MEAL WITH COKE= A DEAL WITH CANCER
