tell the interviewer that although you like your current job, you think that it does not give you enough opportunity to bring out the best in you. it may be a good-paying job but it simply is not challenging for you. you need variety and you are looking fir a position which will best maximize the use of your ablity and skills

you could say that you are looking for a more harmonious work environment that will allow you to improve your skills.

Also do your reseach on the new company and say that you are looking forward to working for their company that you read were doing fantastic things.

Basically when they ask you that question, say something positive about their company and the reason you want to work for them. Don't say anything bad about your previous company. Just say, I see this company as a move up from my previous company because of the positive image they portray in the community and business world.

Never, ever tell an interviewer that you hate your job? You can try using the line of Job Security whereby you feel your present job that offer that in terms of the contract having laxity. You can also state that your present job does not offer opportunity for growth and you are looking for challenges which your present job does not offer.
