Make yourself busy during the day and night.

For instance if your young and attend school get in a routine of coming home, doing your homework, helping out with the chores or go over and visit a friend, have dinner, have a shower and then hop on the computer and that you have to be in bed by 9 or 10pm at the latest. This will allow you to only have say four hours to be able to use the computer.

If you an adult go out and get a job or a hobby to keep yourself busy. Even if its volunteering in a shelter or good samaratin place. The more you keep yourself occupied the less time you will spend on the computer.

Cheers

- Learn a new stuff like airbrushing perhaps? It could also be profitable.
- Visit arcades with friends and catch-up with whats new with them.
- Shop.
- Visit a parlor or spa. Get a makeover and relax.
- Vacation. Visit new places and some relatives. They'd surely be glad to see you after years or months of separation.

If it can't be helped since computers are your inclination, use it to your advantage: get a computer related job. Ironically, I used to work as a full-time software tester. My lunchbreak priviledge include free counter-strike gaming with my group mates. Too bad, my dad asked me to resign to finish my degree. I hope I'll be able to get one like it afterwards. ^.^
