OK I have a lock on my xanga. So I have to sign in everytime I want to check my comments. Well now it says whenever I sign in ( even when I do type the right password) :
" Sign In Attempts for this account have been frooze. To Sign back into this account try agian in 30 minutes"
I did try againin 30 minutes and nothing has worked & I really need to check my feedbacklog !! =(

When a certain number of attempts to login are made, the system automatically freezes further attempts to protect the account from attempted password hacks.
Someone could be triggering the freeze (With incorrect logins/passwords) on purpose to keep you out of your account. Contact the admins at Xanga for help.

get with their techies for the website and have them walk you through, sounds as if one to many incorrect passwords could have done that or someone was trying to log in under ur name with wrong pass word.....

your profile may be down for maintenance. i know myspace does it also. you could go to xanga.com and say you forgot your password and have them send you a new one (or your old one) to your email address. then copy and paste it. make sure your caps lock isn't one.
