but when i click the Install button after i insert the CD, it's trying to open it and goes away in a second without installing anything. What could be the problem? Pls let me know? Thanks.

Put in the CD, start settings, control panel, add and remove programs. Tell it to add and follow the instructions. Sounds like the cd rom driver is having trouble reading the set up installation. The other way should work fine..Give it a try.

you may have the Auto install turned off, you can select the Run tab from the main satrt funtion and select the correct drive in-which the cd is located and run from there

spyware on your computer.... run spybot... you can get it for free at download.com
and install and run adware too... get it from the same place...
after you run those, reboot and you should be fine...

may be the os is not compitabe
