Eat a healthy breakfast, get a fresh cup of coffee and complete your worst tasks in the morning where you are more alert. Take your papers and leave your office, go in the conference room, shut the door, go in on a Saturday, you'll have more energy and no interuptions. Delegate. Hire a temp or relative to help you. Make a task list & cross off each item you finish. I find you get more done standing up and concentrate on one thing at a time. Sitting makes you tired and you get distracted. Put all papers in one pile most important first. Don't scatter them all over your desk, that causes frustration.........good luck!
