Honestly, it's not overly complicated. Use more calories per day than you consume. That's it. The trick is to become more active while limiting your caloric intake.
You don't have to starve yourself to limit your intake, just change what you're eating. You can eat a TON of veggies, enough to really fill yourself up, and still lose a good amount of weight.
Also, walking and running are easy and inexpensive exercise. Get a cheap pedometer and make sure you have at least 10,000 steps per day. This will help immensely.

Talk to your doctor, he can help figure out why you aren't losing weight like you should with diet and exercise. He can give you some help with ways to diet that will help you specifically and exercise that will fit you the best!

well if u been working out and it haven't work for u I think u should go to a doctor to see i u have any problems and that depent to if u eat rigth and depend i how long have u being working out.
