It's very obvious that this is not a normal situation, but this information is not enough to make or even assume a diagnosis.

Does it happen only when you are ejaculating or does it also happen when you are urinating?, does it hurt when you ejaculate or not? how old are you?, are you taking any medications?

I'd suggest to go to you PCP or Urologist as soon as possible 'cause it could be a sign of a serious disease such as prostate cancer

is this every time you ejaculate? if it is , it sounds like its some form of infection or STD and you should be checked out to rule out these things
