It may be a variety that needs to cross pollinate with another. In which case you need a tree that it will do that with. Stark Bros Nursery has a good catalogue of fruit trees so you may be able to get information on their site about your tree and what would be good for it to "mate" with.
Good luck.

How old are they? Most trees don't start putting on fruit until they've been growing for a few years. It could also be some sort of hybrid that just puts on the flowers. Otherwise, I'd consider if it's getting enough sunlight or fertilizer. Talk to someone at your local nursery.

Depends on the type of fruit tree. Some trees, such as cherries need a pollenator. You have to have a male and female tree of the same species to be cross pollenated and produce fruit.

A Red Delicious apple tree needs a Gold Delicious tree to cross pollinate. You may have a similar problem

Most fruit trees take at least two to make them bloom and then it takes about two years after they mature.

Could be several things, but most of the big ones have already been mentioned. They may be very young still or need another tree to help pollenate. (Lilacs are like that....you usually have to have two to get them to flower.)

Maybe they are not mature enough yet to start bearing fruit...also maybe they are not getting enough water or vitamins...give them plant food.
