I currently am not taking vitamins of any kind...

Not sure about "better", but they definitely grow faster. It's a combination between the prenatal vitamins and the excess blood flow. You're getting more nutrients, (like calcium), in the vitamins and the increased blood flow carries more of those nutrients around your body.

You also notice your hair growing faster, too. At least I did during all three of my pregnancies.

Yes, it is the prenatal vitamins.Your nails will do the same thing if you take vitamins when you are not pregnant.

Yes especially if you are taking prenatal vitamins. The vitamins really help.

Yes, my nails already grew fast before but during my pregnancy I had to cut them every three days and it's still like that and my son is 5mos. now.

i neverr heard that but it may be true because when you are pregnant you are taking in more calcium and vitimans vs. if you arent pregnant and that would give you stronger and prettier nails
