Well actually I went fishing today and caught 2 mermaids and one smelt. Hahaha. Just kidding. No I dont think there really are mermaids!

sometimes when you look at the sea,, you can see a face,,, maybe there are mermaids or is it just an illusion

Only in legend and stories. There have never been any confirmed sightings. Their existence has never been confirmed by modern science.That's not to say they couldn't exist without our knowing it. The more we learn the more we understand ho little we know.
