I will often go to a website and while it is loading, look at something else on my computer or another webpage.
When the website has loaded, it pops up on my screen infront of what I was looking at. It is very annoying.

Is there any way I can stop it from doing this?

I hope you understand what I mean! :)

I use internet explorer.

This is focus stealing, and Microsoft products are really bad for this. Depending on who you ask, this is either a "feature" or a "bug".

It's the way IE's (Internet Explorer) coded. Annoying either way.

Check out Firefox. Free, fast, sleek, more secure, more customizable, and much more up to date.

And no, you don't have to get rid of IE. They work side by side. Although if you do try Firefox... you won't want to go back to IE.
