Not always but it can happen easily if he gets to close to orgasm the fluid that comes out right before has lots of sperm in it as well. If you do not want to get pregnant get some birth control.

pre ejaculation, which usual happens before pull out, most of the time contain active sperms so there's a huge chance for the woman to get pregnant.

its not the most reliable method but my 3 children age 10,14 n 17 are from the product of 'pullout', you have to be in good control of youself when doing it otherwise use other method recommended by your doctor.
